It's time for baseball!!! Again!

Pat was in town this weekend and we both wanted to see Griffey play one more time. Unfortunately, even with a rest yesterday, Griffey did not play today. Nor did Russel Branyan, Rob Johnson or King Felix. We did get to see Zack Grienke demolish our line up. He pitched a complete game 1-hitter. It was easily the fastest game I have ever gone to. The game was 2 hours 6 minutes. I guess when both teams combine for 6 hits, a baseball game goes pretty fast. It also helps when batters, like Mike Sweeny, get an average of 2 pitches per at bat. That was not cool Mike.

Here Pat is actually smiling. It was amazing.

Here is the Mariner bullpen after the game. You can clearly tell Aardsma with his high socks.

Also, Ryan, when are you going to add more drawings on you Duck with gun blog? It seems like it has been a while.

I promise! I'm not a nerd!!!

Ok, this is bad, but for the second day in a row, I'm going to talk about something nerdy. This is a game guy at work told me about. It's a pretty fun physics puzzle game where you get a ball or block from one square to another only using some gears and branches and these water power things. You'll have to check it out for your self. It's called fantastic contraptions and this is one of my designs to solve one of the levels. I like it because you at first think that some of the balls I used in it are extra, but in the end I need all three of them to solve the level. (Here is a screen shot for the lazy. Also, I think this post needed a picture.)


Also, the results of the poll are in and it decidedly spoke in favor of my brother to start blogging. Unfortunately my brother doesn't care what the results are. He decided that the results were bogus and so he doesn't need to listen to the results. If you would like to, you can leave a comment for him since he does read this blog, and tell him yourself that he should get a blog. Or I could post his email and let you email yourself. I think I'll wait on the posting of the email address.

Well I've been getting a better turn out on my poll than I thought I was going to get. For those of you who didn't notice, I have a poll set up asking whether or not my brother who does not have a blog should start wasting his time and start one himself. So far a majority of people (Who I guess don't care what society is exposed to on the internet. Just shocking!) think that he should start one. Only one person really cares for society. Oh well. I guess the only question is for you, Ramblin Man. Are you going to start a blog? You really should, two people thought that you already were? You could already have two reader! (I bet they were reading my blog and thought that is was yours. I don't know why people mix us up all the time.)


Here we are both giving the "Pat" look. I don't know what he really calls it. Probably something like "annoyed with brother" or something like that. He is very good at whipping this out without a moments notice.
